Refreshing Pineapple Rice

Pineapple rice, 3 eggs, 3 corns, appropriate bowl of beans, 1 carrot, appropriate amount of white rice,

Cut carrots, corn, and pineapple into two-thirds. Use a knife to cut a lot of knives horizontally and vertically. Do not cut through, and then take out the pineapple meat.

The pineapple meat is soaked in brine, and the eggs are beaten into egg liquid. The peas are cooked and removed, and the diced carrots and corn kernels are also cooked: remove and set aside.

Pour the oil and egg liquid from the pan, then use chopsticks to stir-fry the egg into pieces, add the white rice, and fry the rice until soft.
