Refreshing Shredded Lettuce

Wash and rub into silk. Friends with good knives can cut. I like to rub silk, mainly fast

Add half the amount of salt to the shredded lettuce, mix well, and prepare for the next steps

Beat the eggs, heat the pan with the least amount of oil, spread out into egg skins

Cut the egg skin into thin strips

Pour out the water oozing out of the lettuce shreds

Shred the red pepper, add vinegar, salt, sugar, sesame oil, and mustard oil together, mix well, and serve
Tips:
1. Lettuce first use half of salt to kill water, the taste is better;
2. When spreading the egg skins, just brush a thin layer of oil on the inside of the pan. If there is more oil, the egg skins will be thicker;
3. Don't add too much mustard oil, just improve the flavor, if it doesn't choke, if you choke on the mustard oil, smell the white wine immediately to relieve it.
