Refreshing Side Dish---sweet and Sour Radish
1.
For fresh radish, I prepared 2 radishes and actually used 1 radish.
2.
Cut the radish into slices
3.
Put it in an oil-free container and sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt.
4.
Put it in an oil-free container and sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt.
5.
Stir well and marinate for an afternoon.
6.
Prepare another container, also oil-free, add cold water, salt, sugar, white vinegar and honey. Adding the seasoning to compensate for the taste of the water, it should feel stronger than the desired sweetness and sourness of the finished product, so that the finished product tastes better.
7.
Rinse the salted radishes with clean water, squeeze the water dry by hand, put it in the tuned cold water, cover the lid, and put it in the refrigerator.
8.
The water radish that has been refrigerated for more than 12 hours will become very beautiful in color and can be eaten after being removed. It's great with white porridge.
Tips:
Pickling with salt for an afternoon will remove the smell of radishes, and the taste will be better after pickling. Adding honey can also remove the smell of radishes.
