Refreshing Vegetarian Mixed Vegetables

Peel off the skin of lettuce and wash; yuba and black fungus are soaked in cold water in advance

Cut the lettuce into diamond-shaped pieces; cut the yuba into diamond-shaped pieces, and cut the fungus into small pieces; wash the carrots and cut them into diamond-shaped pieces. Blanch the lettuce, yuba, and carrots with hot water.
