The ingredients for pumpkin ice cream.

Decorative fruits. (You only need a little bit of each, and you can match what fruit you have in your home)

Wash the pumpkin, peel it and cut it into small pieces and steam it in a pot.

Take out the steamed pumpkin, add 30 grams of caster sugar while it is hot, and press it into pumpkin puree. (Use the cooking machine to hit it faster and more delicately, I took it to repair the cooking machine failure)

Knock the eggs into a bowl and add 30 grams of caster sugar.

Stir evenly with a manual whisk.

Pour whipped cream and milk into the milk pan and stir well.

Simmer on low heat until slightly boiling (stir while boiling).

The boiled milk is slowly buffered into the pumpkin puree, while adding and not mixing well.

Pour the soft ice cream into an airtight container and freeze it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to become hard ice cream.

When eating, dig the ice cream into a bowl and put it flat, and decorate the surface with some fruits. The one in my picture is a layer of fruit and a layer of ice cream.
