After 30 minutes, open the lid, pour the melted rock sugar water slowly and evenly into the rice (when you see the sugar water bubbling on the surface of the rice, use chopsticks to put a few holes in the rice, and then Pour in the sugar water to ensure that the bottom rice is also sweet)

After pouring the sugar water, steam it for 10 minutes (it is also timed after the pan is gassing), pour the sugar water again, and steam for another 10 minutes (the time is when the pan is gassing).
