Ribs Braised Rice

Soak the rice in advance

After washing the ribs, blanch them in a pot under cold water, and put green onions and ginger in the pot.

Sliced green onion and ginger, garlic into cloves, carrot and potato hob cubes, shiitake mushrooms into flowers, cut cross flower

After the ribs are cooked, drain the water, pour a small amount of oil into the pot, put 15 pieces of rock sugar, and boil the syrup. This step must be low heat, and the syrup should be stirred continuously during the boiling process. After the syrup is cooked, pour the ribs

Add soy sauce, boiling water, and cover the ribs

After the water boils, add the green onion, ginger, garlic and star anise, and then pour two spoons of oyster sauce. Then put potatoes, carrots and shiitake mushrooms into the pot together. Simmer on medium heat for about 15 minutes. When about 3 minutes are left, add a small amount of salt.

Pour the soaked rice into the rice cooker

Pour the ribs and soup into the rice cooker, and cover the ribs. After the process is simmered, simmer for 10 minutes in a rice cooker, and finally add black pepper to boil and enjoy.
