Ribs Corn Bitter Gourd Soup

1. Ribs, boil hot water, blanch for five minutes, remove blood foam

2. Cut the green onion and ginger, prepare the aniseed

3. Wash corn and cut into sections, cut carrots into cubes, and cut bitter gourd into thick slices

4. In the rice cooker, boil the water for steaming or boiling soup

5. Add green onion and ginger aniseed and blanched ribs. Simmer for half an hour and add salt.

6. Simmer for another 20 minutes, add other vegetables, and simmer for another half an hour.

Tips:

Bitter gourd is most suitable for summer to remove heat and moisture, but put it according to personal taste~
