Rice and Tomato Steamed Tofu

Wild rice soaked one day in advance

Prepare soft tofu, soaked wild rice, tomatoes

Pick up the soaked wild rice, use a bowl or dish suitable for microwave ovens to serve, put it in the microwave oven for 5 minutes

Use a spoon to dig a pit in the middle of the soft tofu

Fill in the cooked wild rice

Steam on the steamer for about 12 minutes. After steaming, take out the tofu and pour out the distilled water

Wash tomatoes, peeled, and diced

Heat a pan, put a proper amount of cooking oil, pour the tomatoes and stir-fry to make the sand, then add a little water to boil

Cook until the soup is thick, add salt, chicken powder, and a little pepper, scoop it up and pour it on the tofu.
Tips:
Wild rice is soaked one day in advance, and then cooked in a microwave oven. If there is no microwave, it can be steamed in a steamer. Cut tomatoes as small as possible to make a paste easily.
