As a standard foodie, I am willing to try various cooking and explore the taste of various ingredients. Steamed tofu with wild rice is a new way to eat. The two ingredients can be fused without skewers. Tofu and tomatoes are a very common ingredient. The rare wild rice is added to make the taste very special.

Rice and Tomato Steamed Tofu

1. Wild rice soaked one day in advance

2. Prepare soft tofu, soaked wild rice, tomatoes

3. Pick up the soaked wild rice, use a bowl or dish suitable for microwave ovens to serve, put it in the microwave oven for 5 minutes

4. Use a spoon to dig a pit in the middle of the soft tofu

5. Fill in the cooked wild rice

6. Steam on the steamer for about 12 minutes. After steaming, take out the tofu and pour out the distilled water

7. Wash tomatoes, peeled, and diced

8. Heat a pan, put a proper amount of cooking oil, pour the tomatoes and stir-fry to make the sand, then add a little water to boil

9. Cook until the soup is thick, add salt, chicken powder, and a little pepper, scoop it up and pour it on the tofu.

Tips:

Wild rice is soaked one day in advance, and then cooked in a microwave oven. If there is no microwave, it can be steamed in a steamer. Cut tomatoes as small as possible to make a paste easily.
