Rice Balls with Yellow Plum Sauce

Soak the glutinous rice for more than 3 hours in advance, and then squeeze the rice with your hands to crush it.

Spread gauze on the steamer, then spread the soaked rice evenly on it, and steam it on high heat for about 30 minutes, until the glutinous rice is in a transparent state without any sandwiches.

Prepare the ingredients, 1 cucumber, 1 carrot, 2 Taiwan sausages and yellow plum sauce.

Cut the cucumber, carrot and sausage into strips.

Put the steamed glutinous rice on the sushi curtain and spread it flat.

Then add cucumber sticks, carrot sticks and sausage.

Tips:
1. The glutinous rice must be soaked in the soup in advance, otherwise there will be rice cores when steaming.
2. Don't steam the rice too dry or too wet, or it will be difficult to handle when it is pinched.
3. In addition to the sauce, the ingredients can be replaced with other ones you like.
