Rice Cake

Put all the ingredients in the bread machine and mix until the dough is smooth

Let the dough rise to twice its size, take out the dough, knead the dough to exhaust

Divide the dough into small doses of about 40 grams, cover with plastic wrap and wake up for 15 minutes, take one dose, knead it, and flatten it.

After shaping the dough into a nest shape, put in an appropriate amount of brown sugar, wrap it or pinch it tightly, and gently flatten it with the wrinkled side facing down.

Put it in a non-stick pan and cover with a lid, let it ferment for 30 minutes, and fry on medium heat until golden on both sides.
