Rice Cereal Ice Cream

Put the milk in that pot and heat it over a medium-low heat.

Add the rice paste when the milk starts to bubble.

Stir well with a spoon.

Add icing sugar and simmer for one minute, turn off the heat and let cool for later use.

Beat the whipped cream to 80%.

Pour the cold rice milk into the whipped cream.

Stir well.

Put it in a container.

Put it in the refrigerator and freeze for 2 hours, then take it out every 30 minutes and stir it for 4 to 5 times.
