Rice Cooker Cake

Separate egg white and egg yolk. Must be clean.

Add 20g sugar and 45g oil to the egg yolk and mix well, then add 45ml milk and mix well, and finally put 100g flour and mix well up and down or left and right. Don't stir in circles! !

Add two drops of vinegar to the egg white, add 20g of sugar and stir for the first time (with bubbles), add 20g of sugar for the second time (with lines), and add 20g of sugar for the third time and stir until the bubble can stand up and the tiptoes will not fall.

The processed egg whites are added to the egg yolks evenly in 3 times, stirring up and down or left and right. Don't stir in circular motions!

Put some oil in the rice cooker and preheat it for 5 minutes, then pour the mixed slurry into the rice cooker. The total time is 60 minutes, and the rice cooker is different for each person. In short, just press the cooking button, and then press the cooking button after jumping to keep warm. The total cooking time is 60 minutes. Remember not to turn on the rice cooker during this period.
