Rice Cooker Italian Dome Cake
1.
Three eggs plus 150g sugar and beat until the egg batter can maintain its shape when dripping some egg batter on the surface with a stirring rod as shown in the picture (about 10 minutes at a medium speed)
2.
Add the sieved cocoa powder and mix well.
3.
Pour in 30g of melted butter and vanilla extract and mix well
4.
Spread the remaining 10g of melted butter in the rice cooker pot to prevent the cake from sticking in the pot and making it difficult to take out.
5.
Pour the cake batter into the rice cooker, shake it twice to remove the air inside, put it in the rice cooker and steam for 40 minutes (the specific mode depends on the function of the rice cooker at home, I used the "steam" function, which took about 40 minutes. )
6.
After the finished cake is unmolded, cut into 2 layers.
7.
Half of it is cut into 8 pieces like pizza, and put in a bowl as shown in the picture.
8.
Then put together the triangle cake pieces that were born like a jigsaw puzzle to make a hemispherical shape.
9.
Whipped the cream, put the fruit and mix well, then fill the finished hemispherical cake, then cut the other half of the cake cut in step 6 into the same round size as the bowl, cover it, and put it in the refrigerator. After 2 hours, turn it upside down to complete. (While I was excited, I idiotly forgot to take the last photo of the process. I hope my friends will not be too sad...)
