Rice Cooker Preserved Rice

Prepare ingredients, vegetables, cured duck, ginger, rice.

Wash the dried duck and steam it in an electric pressure cooker for five or six minutes. Let it cool and cut into pieces.

When steaming the cured duck, wash the rice and put it in the pot, put in the right amount of water, and put in the cut fragrant taro pieces to cook together.

When the rice is ripe, add the cured duck, sprinkle with ginger, cover the pot and continue cooking. I waited until the cooking button jumped and then pressed it to cook. I pressed it twice in total.

Mix the juice, oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar, add a little salt, and add some cold water and stir well.

Stir-fried vegetables.

When the rice is ready, put the greens on the side of the pot, drizzle the adjusted sauce, and the cured meat rice is out of the pot😄.
