Rice Cooker Steamed Cake

Separate 3 eggs, egg yolk and egg white (you can use an egg white separator), first beat the egg yolk, add a spoonful of sugar and continue to beat for 1 minute

Add appropriate flour, and after mixing, pour in pure milk according to the amount of flour. The batter should not be too thick, as long as it can be battered.

Use a whisk to beat the egg whites into a creamy shape (I used three chopsticks to beat them, although the beaten is done, but the arms are numb), add sugar in 3 times, the amount is according to personal taste

Add the whipped egg whites to the batter in small portions. Be careful not to use the egg beater method to stir. Turn it up and down. Prepare the rice cooker, brush the bottom layer with a layer of salad oil (butter is best), then pour the egg mixture into the rice cooker, sprinkle with raisins, and press the cooking button. After keeping warm for 5 minutes, press the cooking button again, and the cooking will be cancelled after 5 minutes. The soft and delicious cake is complete
