Rice Cooker Version---la Mei Claypot Rice
1.
Peel the cured duck and cut into small pieces. (My cured duck is too fat. There is a thick layer of fat under the skin. I was scared when I saw it, so I peeled it off.)
2.
Wash the white rice, put in an appropriate amount of water, spread the cured duck, press the cooking button, and start cooking.
3.
Slice the sausage and bacon for later use.
4.
Chop green onion and set aside.
5.
When the rice is almost dry, add the sausage and bacon and continue cooking.
6.
After the cooking button jumps up, sprinkle with chopped green onion, quickly mix the rice, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
7.
Prepare sweet soy sauce (Claypot Soy Sauce).
8.
Add soy sauce when you eat, and you can start eating.
