Rice-free Fried Rice

Cut carrots, cucumbers, and broccoli into small cubes for later use.

Wash the white cauliflower, cut off the top, and chop into diced pieces.

After the eggs are beaten, pour them into a pot and stir-fry over medium-low heat, set aside for later use

Stir-fry the white broccoli diced pieces over medium-low heat, and stir-fry continuously for 6 minutes.

Pour all the carrots, cucumbers, and broccoli diced into the pot and stir fry for a while.
7.
Add the chicken breast and egg and continue to fry for 4 minutes.
8.
Fry all the vegetables until they are thoroughly cooked and serve.
