White Cauliflower Lean Meat Soup

Pick and wash white cauliflower

Slice the lean meat and adjust the flavor with oil and salt. I don’t have preserved eggs at home, so I use eggs

After the water in the pot is boiled, add ginger, garlic, peanut oil, and add lean meat slices
4.
Cook for a minute or two, then add the white cauliflower
5.
Cook for a few minutes, add eggs and cook
6.
Just add salt to taste at the end, isn’t it simple?
