Rice Vinegar

Prepare rice vinegar.

Wash the soybeans and fry them in a dry pan.

Blanch the pig's feet.

Blanch chicken feet.

Wash the plum vegetables and shred them.

Wash the sweet potatoes, peel and cut into pieces, boil them in hot water for two or three minutes.

Wash the vermicelli and cut into sections.

Add the pig's feet and soybeans to the rice vinegar and cook for an hour. Add the chicken feet, rice intestines, and plum vegetables. Boil for one hour and then add the sweet potatoes. After half an hour, turn off the heat and you are ready to drink.
Tips:
Stir the soup in the pot occasionally to avoid sticking to the bottom.
