Water tempeh is a type of fermented tempeh. After the boiled soybeans are fermented in a warm place, there will be a sticky liquid between the soybeans, which looks very similar to Japanese natto.
Many people think that natto looks a little disgusting, as do fermented soybeans. Although it is not good-looking, add salt, chili powder, ground ginger and dried radish, and add some water to boil the beans, and it will turn into a delicious water tempeh, which doesn't look so disgusting.
Water tempeh can be eaten directly as a side dish or used as a seasoning, such as steamed pork with water tempeh, steamed fish with water tempeh, etc. After adding water tempeh, it will have a different flavor from ordinary tempeh.
But my favorite is to stir-fry minced pork with water tempeh, which is a great tool for serving rice.
The best thing is to cut the pork belly into small cubes, stir-fry the oil and stir-fry with the water tempeh. The pork belly is oily and has a little dry aroma, which is delicious. If you find it troublesome to cut the meat, you can also use the minced meat to fry directly, and add some green chilies, which is very spicy and spicy.

Rice with Water Tempeh

1. Prepare the water tempeh.

2. Cut the Erjingtiao green pepper into red pepper rings and set aside.

3. Heat the pan with oil. When the oil is hot, stir-fry the pork until spitting oil.

4. Add soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

5. Stir-fry green pepper rings to cut off raw.
