Rich Cheese Flavor-cheddar Cheese Biscuits

Sprinkle some flour on each slice of cheddar cheese, stack it up, cut into strips, and then chop (the cheese slices are soaked in flour so that they won’t stick together when stacked and cut);

Sift in 135g low-gluten flour;

Knead butter and flour into a dough;

Put greased paper inside the baking tray, and arrange the biscuit segments into the baking tray;

Put it into the preheated oven, and bake at 170 degrees for about 25 minutes until the surface is golden and slightly cracked~

Tips:
1. The cheese will be slightly coked when baked at high temperature, so there will be dark cheese spots on the surface of the finished biscuit;
