Cheese Walnut Crackers

Cheddar cheese slices, cut into small cubes and set aside

Add powdered sugar and salt after the butter is softened

Use a whisk to beat the fluffy and slightly whitish

Add the egg liquid and beat until it is smooth and fluffy

Add the diced cheese and walnuts, and stir slowly until uniform

Sift in low flour and mix by hand to form a uniform dough

Roll the dough into slices about 0.3cm

Use a mold to shape (or knead into a round bar, slice)

Place in a baking tray, brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface of the biscuits, and then sprinkle some cheese powder (not too much)

175 degrees, middle layer, about 25 minutes, until the surface is golden yellow

You can add any kind of crushed nuts to the dough to make the biscuits more crispy
