For a cheese control, this biscuit is indeed very tempting. Equipped with cheese slices, cheese powder and favorite crushed walnuts, nutrition and delicious two in one. But I haven't used this cheese powder before, and I think it's a little bit too much. Who calls us greedy, after all, cheese powder is salty, and too much will make the biscuits more salty. And the cheese powder is not melted after baking, so it is still on the surface of the biscuit after baking, which is still very beautiful. Because I didn't buy cheese powder, I made it a few times and it was sweeter. In general, it tasted good, sweet and salty. But the salt should be changed from 4 grams to 2 grams, the taste will be better. Sweeter will be more suitable for most people's tastes.

Cheese Walnut Crackers

1. Cheddar cheese slices, cut into small cubes and set aside

2. Add powdered sugar and salt after the butter is softened

3. Use a whisk to beat the fluffy and slightly whitish

4. Add the egg liquid and beat until it is smooth and fluffy

5. Add the diced cheese and walnuts, and stir slowly until uniform

6. Sift in low flour and mix by hand to form a uniform dough

7. Roll the dough into slices about 0.3cm

8. Use a mold to shape (or knead into a round bar, slice)

9. Place in a baking tray, brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface of the biscuits, and then sprinkle some cheese powder (not too much)

10. 175 degrees, middle layer, about 25 minutes, until the surface is golden yellow

11. You can add any kind of crushed nuts to the dough to make the biscuits more crispy
