Roast Beef with Bamboo Shoots
1.
Wash the bamboo shoots and cut into pieces
2.
Beef cut into pieces, I soaked in water for several hours soaked in bleeding water, so I won’t blanch it
3.
Cut the ginger and garlic as shown, and prepare the other aniseed
4.
Soak the dried chili in boiling water for a while, so that it will not be easy to fry when the ingredients are fried after processing.
5.
When the oil is ten percent hot, turn off the heat. When the oil is cooler, put the aniseed in and stir fry for a minute or two.
6.
After sautéing the aniseed, add two spoons of bean paste and continue to make a minute or two
7.
When the ingredients are fragrant, put the beef and continue to fry until the water in the beef is slightly dry
8.
Add boiling water, add a little more, and simmer for a while
9.
Add bamboo shoots after 50 minutes and continue cooking
10.
Cook until the beef is soft and rotten, and the soup is dry, you can add salt and MSG and then put it in the pan. Sprinkle chopped green onion before serving (you can also add coriander)
Tips:
If you are not in a hurry, you can add more water and let it simmer slowly. If you are in a hurry, you can add water and put it in a pressure cooker to cook, and then pour it out to collect the juice.
