Roast Beef with Carrots

The sirloin is the sirloin, washed in hot water, cut into pieces and soaked in warm water for 10 minutes to remove the blood.

Prepare spices: star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf, grass fruit, white cardamom, pepper, ginger, garlic.

Open the fire and put the sirloin directly into the stir-fry. The beef will start to be oily after the steam-fried dry. After smelling the aroma, add spices and salt to stir fry.

Add appropriate amount of water to boil open onion segments, and then put them in an electric pressure cooker. If not, simmer on low heat until the beef is cooked. You may need to add some water in the middle.

This is the stewed beef, and the fragrant beef broth. Put more water and you can use it directly to make soup.

Peel the carrots and cut into strips for later use.

Heat the pan into the oil, add the bean paste and saute the fragrant red oil, then pour the carrots, ginger and garlic diced.

Stir-fry the carrots, pour in the cooked beef and beef broth and continue cooking until the carrots are soft and rotten.
9.
Serve with coriander and garnish.
Tips:
Don't put oil when the sirloin is stir-fried, use its own oil to stir-fry, the meat will be very fragrant.
