Roast Beef with Teriyaki Sauce

Prepare 300 grams of beef.

Prepare 1 pear, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, and 100 grams of teriyaki sauce.

Combine pear juice, 100 grams of teriyaki sauce, and 1 teaspoon of cooking wine in a large bowl.

Tips:
Adding pear juice can make the beef tender, but this method does not seem to work for me.
