Roast Beef with Tomato

Boil water in a pot, blanch the tomatoes for 1 minute, pour out, and peel them.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Beef slices, minced ginger onion.

Marinate with cornstarch, soy sauce, salt, and oyster sauce for later use.

Add oil in a hot pan, add beef and sauté.
