Roast Duck Leg
1.
Thaw the duck legs, clean them, and set aside with a cross knife.
2.
Cut green onion, chopped garlic, and slice ginger.
3.
Mix all seasonings except honey and white vinegar in the auxiliary materials with the onion, ginger, and garlic evenly, and pour them into the fresh-keeping bag for the duck legs.
4.
Exhaust the air, tie the belt and marinate overnight. If the time is not enough, marinate for at least 2-3 hours.
5.
Place the marinated duck legs in a baking tray lined with tin foil, and wrap the areas that are easy to bake with tin foil. After the oven is preheated at 220 degrees, bake it for 25 minutes.
6.
Take the center out, brush it with honey, white vinegar, and a little bit of water, and bake it in the oven for 25 minutes.
7.
It's out of the pot~The outside is burnt and the inside is tender~~~Super fragrant~~~
Tips:
Next time I decide not to draw the knife, it is a bit ugly to bake it hahaha.
There was still a lot of oil after baking this time, and the tin foil was broken. . . Next time you roast duck, which is too oily, you have to add another layer of silicone oil paper, which makes it very hard to brush the roasting pan😂
