Roast Duck Leg

Prepare the ingredients, wash the duck legs and set aside.

Add sliced lemon, minced ginger, chopped green onion, chopped coriander, shredded onion, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, pepper noodles, and a little refined salt for 5 hours.

Apply an appropriate amount of soy sauce, sugar, tomato sauce, and starch sauce on the duck leg, both sides.

Preheat the oven at 120°C for 5 minutes, put the duck legs in the oven at 150°C and bake for 20 minutes. Turn it over and bake for another 20 minutes.

After the roasted duck leg is hot, make a few passes.

Tips:
1. The amount of seasoning placed is adjusted according to your own taste. The salt should be used less when marinating, and the sauce should be spread when baking, so don't be salty.
