Roast Duck with Potatoes

Duck with butt will be very nasty and must be removed. The amount of potatoes can be a little more.

Duck meat is washed and cut into pieces, potatoes are peeled and cut into large pieces.

Heat the pan without oil, add the duck meat first, and fry the excess oil.

Fry the excess oil out of the duck meat.

Then add potatoes and stir-fry evenly, then add two bowls of warm water, cover and cook for six minutes.

Add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce to taste, harvest the sauce over high heat, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Tips:
I made it a bit dry. If you like to bring juice, you can put an extra bowl of water.
