Roast Pork with Dried Beans

Pork belly with skin and dried beans for later use.

Ingredients are set aside.

Dried beans, soak in warm water.
4.
Wash and cut into small pieces for later use.

Wash and cut pork belly.

Set aside after blanching.

Heat the oil pan and add the meat.

Fry until slightly yellow, add sugar.

Fry until golden brown.

Then add cooking wine and dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add dried red peppers, ginger, star anise, bay leaves, and Chinese pepper to fry until fragrant. Add enough water.

After cooking for ten minutes, add the cut beans.

Cook for another half an hour to forty-five minutes. The meat and beans are not soft and rotten. Just add some salt to the juice after high heat.
