Roast Pork with Dried Radish and Soy Beans

Soak soybeans in warm water one night in advance; soak dried radishes in warm water; wash pork belly and cut into small cubes

Cut the dried radish into pieces with a knife; put a little oil in the pot, then add the pork belly and stir fry to get the oil

Add the sliced dried radish and stir fry together; add a little sweet noodle sauce and some dark soy sauce

Add a little sugar, stir fry to evenly color; add enough water to the pot, then put green onion, ginger, pepper and star anise

Add 1 small red pepper; pour in the soaked soybeans at the end

After the soup in the pot is boiled, add appropriate amount of salt to taste; turn the heat to low heat and simmer for about an hour; wait until the soup in the pot becomes thick and the pork belly is soft and rotten.
