This time, the dried radishes are still the ones from the last time. I still have stocks now, so I can keep them and eat them slowly! Soybeans are rich in nutrients, and I use this dried radish and soybeans to cook the meat. It's difficult.

Roast Pork with Dried Radish and Soy Beans

1. Soak soybeans in warm water one night in advance; soak dried radishes in warm water; wash pork belly and cut into small cubes

2. Cut the dried radish into pieces with a knife; put a little oil in the pot, then add the pork belly and stir fry to get the oil

3. Add the sliced dried radish and stir fry together; add a little sweet noodle sauce and some dark soy sauce

4. Add a little sugar, stir fry to evenly color; add enough water to the pot, then put green onion, ginger, pepper and star anise

5. Add 1 small red pepper; pour in the soaked soybeans at the end

6. After the soup in the pot is boiled, add appropriate amount of salt to taste; turn the heat to low heat and simmer for about an hour; wait until the soup in the pot becomes thick and the pork belly is soft and rotten.
