Roast Steak

1. Cut the beef into 0.8 cm thick slices.

2. Pat loose with the back of a knife.

3. Add steak sauce and mix well.

4. Add oyster sauce, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

5. Arrange the marinated beef into a baking tray lined with tin foil.

6. Spread melted butter on both sides.

7. Cover with a layer of tin foil to make the roasted meat more tender.

8. Put it in the oven at 200° and bake for about 20 minutes. Remove the tin foil and bake for another 5 minutes.

Tips:

1. Cover a layer of tin foil when roasting to make the roasted meat more tender;
2. Adjust the temperature and time of the oven according to the temperament of your own oven.
