Roasted Bean Curd
1.
Prepare the main ingredients.
2.
The tofu skin is divided into suitable width and narrow strips (the tofu skin can be blanched in advance to remove the beany flavor and taste better. I am lazy and quickly omit this step).
3.
Spread out each tofu skin and brush with barbecue sauce.
4.
Fold the top third of the tofu skin toward the middle.
5.
Fold the top third of the tofu skin toward the middle.
6.
Roll up from one end.
7.
Put a toothpick to fix it after the head is rolled up.
8.
If the sauce is too much, it will flow out, it doesn't matter. When you bake it, you will brush some sauce on the surface.
9.
After all is done, put it in the baking tray, and brush a little barbecue sauce on the surface.
10.
Put it into the preheated oven and bake it at 170 degrees for 10 minutes. (You can take it out halfway and turn it over, brush the sauce, and then send it to the oven to bake. I'm lazy and skip the turn, it doesn't affect the effect)
11.
It's ready to be eaten right out of the oven and served on a plate. (You can also sprinkle some seasonings based on your own taste, such as pepper, sesame, cumin powder or even chili powder. Sprinkle what you like, and be flexible)
Tips:
You can blanch the tofu skins beforehand. In theory, it can remove the beany flavor and improve the taste. You can also omit this step if you don't mind.
Seasoning can be added according to your own taste. If you like spicy food, add some chili powder. If you like pepper flavor, add some pepper noodles. You can add cumin or sesame seeds. I think this barbecue sauce I bought tastes perfect. There is no other seasoning, so please feel free to make it.
The baking temperature should not be too high and the time should not be too long. I tried to bake it at 190 degrees for 20 minutes. The taste is not good, it is dry or even a little hard, so you must control the temperature and time.
