Roasted Beans
1.
Wash the gluten-free beans and cut into small pieces.
2.
Use a toothpick to move the beans in one direction, and thread them in a bunch of three.
3.
Cover the baking tray with tin foil, put the beans on the beans, and brush the oil on both sides of the beans.
4.
Brush with barbecue sauce.
5.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake on the top and bottom for 10 minutes.
6.
After 10 minutes, roast until the carobs are dehydrated and the skin becomes dry.
7.
Turn the beans over, brush with barbecue sauce, and continue to bake for 3 minutes.
8.
After baking on both sides, take it out. Sprinkle with pepper, salt, and cumin seeds while it is hot.
9.
Let's eat!
Tips:
The snap beans can be worn without toothpicks. Spread directly on the baking tray. Add seasonings according to your own taste.
