Roasted Beans

Break and wash the non-glutinous beans, and control the water. It is best to use kitchen paper to absorb the water. Start the pan to boil more oil. Fry the beans in the oil until the beans become soft, the skin is bubbled, and the color is emerald green.

Slice the green onion and garlic, break the dried chili, and prepare the minced meat.

Brush the nonstick pan with oil, add the minced meat to stir-fry when the pan is hot.
