Stir-fried Gluten-free Beans with Pork Belly
1.
Wash the gluten-free beans, tear off the fascia, and cut into small pieces.
2.
Wash the pork belly and cut into thin slices.
3.
Cut green and red peppers into small circles.
4.
Pick the beans, boil them in boiling water for a minute or two (add a little salt to the water), remove the tap and rinse.
5.
Heat the pot, add the pork belly and stir fry.
6.
When most of the oil is out, pour in the gluten-free beans and stir fry.
7.
Stir-fry for five or six minutes, pour a teaspoon of light soy sauce and stir well.
8.
Add sprouts and green and red peppers and continue to stir-fry for a minute or two to turn off the heat.
Tips:
The sprouts are relatively salty, so there is no need to add salt!
