Stir-fried Pork with String Beans

Fresh gluten-free beans. (A kind of string bean)

Remove the head and tail, cut into small pieces, wash and set aside.

Wash fresh pork belly and set aside.

Cut into pieces about one centimeter.

Boil water in a pot (add salt) and add the gluten-free beans to the blanching water. Turn off the heat for about two minutes.

Pour out the drained water and set aside.

Pour the meat into the pot and stir.

The prepared garlic is smashed, the millet pepper is cut into small circles, and the tempeh is placed. (I used Guangdong Yangjiang tempeh, which is relatively dry)

Slowly stir out the fat.

Turn it into golden yellow, and fill out the excess oil.

Push the meat to one side of the pan, add the minced garlic tempeh and millet pepper and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the gluten-free beans and stir fry.
13.
Stir-fry over medium heat until the gluten-free beans become soft (3 to 4 minutes)
14.
Add light soy sauce, stir fry evenly, turn off the heat.
15.
Plate.
Tips:
1 The amount of ingredients is approximate and adjusted according to the number of people.
2 Light soy sauce is very fresh for seasoning.
3 If you like bean paste, you can also add bean paste.
