Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Olive Oil
1.
First, preheat the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 205 degrees Celsius. When the oven is preheating, wash the Brussels sprouts, cut off the roots, and cut in half and put them in a baking tray for later use. The roots of Brussels sprouts are like those of cabbage, hard and bitter. I was holding Brussels sprouts with the roots cleaned and cut off. If you buy brussels sprouts with yellow leaves, remember to tear them off.
2.
Add a tablespoon of olive oil
3.
Add 1.5 teaspoons of black pepper and 2 teaspoons of garlic powder. There is no fresh garlic at home. If there is garlic, it will be roasted with the thinly sliced garlic when it is roasted for 30 minutes. It will be more fragrant.
4.
Add all the seasonings and mix well
5.
After preheating the oven, put it in the middle layer and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Turn it every 20 minutes in the middle, so that it will be delicious when it is evenly heated and cooked with crisp edges. Sprinkle half a teaspoon of salt on the grill before going abroad, mix well and serve.
Tips:
Turn it every 20 minutes.
