Roasted Chestnut

1. Soak the chestnuts in water to clean, and throw away the bad chestnuts that float

2. After the chestnut is drained, make a small cut with a kitchen knife or scissors

3. Add edible oil to chestnut

4. Mix the chestnut with the cooking oil and mix well

5. Put a piece of tin foil on the baking tray, and spread the chestnuts on the tin foil

6. After the oven is preheated at 200℃, the middle layer is heated at 200℃ for 20 minutes.

7. Mix honey, sugar and water evenly

8. Roast the chestnuts for about ten minutes, take out and brush with honey water

9. Cover the baking tray with tin foil and continue baking for 10 minutes
