Roasted Chicken Drumsticks

Drumsticks should be soaked in rice water for 20 minutes. Wash. Cut two cuts with a knife on both sides. Pour the black pepper sauce separately, and pour the teriyaki sauce in the other bowl. Add green onion, ginger and garlic. Grasp the sauce with your hands. Keep it in the refrigerator overnight.

Preheat the oven at 200°C, and wrap each chicken leg with tin foil. Put it in the oven and bake it at 200°C for an hour. Open the tin foil and pour out the water inside. Brush the chicken legs with the sauce again. Bake in the oven for another 6 minutes.

When baking again, open the tin foil and bake.
