Roasted Chicken Drumsticks
1.
Prepare six drumstick legs, clean them, and put a flower knife on each side for easy taste
2.
Prepare a little green onion and sliced ginger and put them in the pot with the chicken legs
3.
Add two spoons of cooking wine, two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of garlic paste, one spoon of green onion sauce, and one spoon of hoisin sauce to the basin.
4.
Put on gloves, grab the chicken legs and the sauce evenly, and marinate for more than two hours. The longer the marinade, the easier it will be
5.
Pick up the marinated chicken legs, remove the green onion and ginger, and put them on the grill
6.
Brush a layer of cooking oil on the surface of the chicken thighs, brush both sides
7.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees in advance, put the baking tray at the bottom to catch the juice that has leaked out, then put the grilling net in the middle of the oven, and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
8.
Take out the chicken thighs after 15 minutes, and evenly brush the surface with a layer of honey. If you think the honey is sweeter, you can add a little water to dilute it.
9.
Then put it in the oven and continue to bake for ten minutes. After ten minutes, take out the chicken legs, brush both sides with honey, and bake for another five minutes.
