Roasted Chicken Drumsticks with Christmas Vegetables

Cut 2-3 knives on the front and back of the chicken legs, apply appropriate amount of salt, black pepper, and use oil to make a horse-killed chicken and marinate for about 30 minutes. All vegetables are washed, drained, and cut into pieces for later use (except for the cherry tomatoes)

Pour the olive oil (edible oil or butter) into the vegetables and stir fry → oil + fry + black pepper

Sprinkle appropriate amount of black pepper or chopped basil, put a few garlic cloves into the oven, middle layer, fire up and down 180°, roast about 70+

Bake for 20 minutes and then take it out and bake with honey water (honey water 1:1) and then take it out and brush the honey water and turn over and continue baking after 20 minutes
Tips:
. Broccoli is not recommended to be baked directly in the oven (superheat the hot water directly, and put the chicken legs on after the oven is out)
2. The grilled vegetable juice bibimbap or boiled pasta are delicious
3. Do not stack vegetables on the chicken thighs, otherwise the skin of the chicken thighs will not be so crispy
