Roasted Chicken Drumsticks with Rosemary
1.
Prepare ingredients.
2.
Scratch the front of the chicken leg to make it easier to taste and ripen during marinating.
3.
Conversely, it also scored a few knives.
4.
Take a tablespoon of dried rosemary, add black pepper barbecue ingredients and water to make a marinade.
5.
Put the chicken legs in and massage them thoroughly to allow the chicken legs to evenly absorb the juice.
6.
It is recommended to marinate in the refrigerator for at least four or five hours to make it more delicious. (I marinated overnight)
7.
Place the chicken legs in the frying basket, insert a few sprigs of fresh rosemary, and preheat the air fryer.
8.
Set the fryer to 200 degrees for 25 minutes. You can pull out the frying basket several times in the middle, and brush the sauce of the marinated chicken legs on it for more color.
9.
The chicken leg was pierced with a bamboo stick and there was no blood oozing out, which proved to be cooked, but I like the crispy texture of the outer burnt skin, so I chose to let it stay in the pot for a while. Please adjust according to your own preferences.
Tips:
1 Preheat the fryer in advance to quickly lock the moisture when the meat enters the pot, making the meat more tender.
2 When preheating the fryer, take out the frying basket.
