Roasted Chicken Drumsticks with Spring Bamboo Shoots

Slice the spring bamboo shoots, blanch them and remove them for later use.

It is used for preparing chicken legs with cooking wine, light soy sauce, starch, salt and ginger slices.

Pour oil in the pot, add the Penguin’s spring onion and ginger and the marinated chicken drumsticks when the oil is hot.

Stir-fry the Hu, then add light soy sauce, spring bamboo shoots, and abalone juice in turn, add water and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add the dark soy sauce and water starch again, and collect the juice over high heat.

Add some fragrant and chopped green onion.
