Roasted Chicken Nuggets with Taro

Chicken chop pieces, there are more choices of chicken thighs

Taro, green onion and ginger are ready

Peel the taro and cut into pieces with a hob. Cut the green onion and ginger for later use

Boil the chicken nuggets and remove the blood foam

Put oil in the pan, add white sugar and fry the sugar color, pour the chicken nuggets and stir fry quickly, then add green onion, ginger, pepper, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves

Pour in the chopped taro and put light soy sauce on

Add water and simmer for about 40 minutes
