Roasted Chicken Wing Root

Slice green onion, slice ginger and garlic

Mix the green onion, ginger, garlic and chicken wing root

Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, honey, sugar, salt, chili powder, and pepper, mix well, and refrigerate overnight (leave for more than 2 hours if you don’t have enough time)

Place the marinated chicken wings in a baking tray, bake at 190°C for 15 minutes, take it out, brush with a layer of sauce, turn over and bake for another 15 minutes

After roasting, take out and sprinkle with a little chili powder.
