Roasted Chicken Wing Roots with Bamboo Shoots and Dried Vegetables

Ingredients: chicken wing root (cleaned)

Bamboo shoots and dried vegetables (soaked and washed)

Ginger slices, rock sugar

Then, put the cleaned chicken wing roots in a pot of clean water, put the ginger slices, and blanch them, and remove them.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the chicken wings and stir fry.

Then, add some water, add some cooking wine and bring to a boil.

Then, stir in the bamboo shoots and dried vegetables. Finally, add some salt, light soy sauce, and rock sugar.
