Roasted Chicken Wing Roots with Shiitake and Yuba

Ingredients: chicken wings root (washed and blanched), shiitake mushrooms (soaked, washed and cut), yuba (soaked, washed and cut into sections).

Put the blanched chicken wing roots into a pot of clear water, and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Boil.

Then, combine the yuba and shiitake mushrooms, stir, add appropriate amount of soy sauce.
