Roasted Chicken Wings

Prepare the chicken wings and wash them (I washed them twice), and marinate them in an appropriate amount of cooking wine for 5 minutes.

Take off a broccoli and several small broccoli flowers that you think are suitable, wash them and blanch them in a pot, then remove them for use.

After preparing the chicken wings and broccoli, chop the ginger and garlic for later use, and cut the onion into small pieces.

Step 1: Put an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and cook for 7 to mature, add the minced ginger and garlic into the pot and saute. 2: Add the marinated chicken wings and fry them until both sides turn yellow. 3: Pour the right amount of dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and cooking wine in turn, stir fry a few times, then add a little water (just overwhelming the chicken wings) and cook on medium heat for 12 minutes, then add chicken essence, thirteen incense and turn to high heat to collect the juice. Sprinkle with chopped green onion afterwards!
Tips:
When adding the seasoning, please according to your personal taste. When adding ginger and garlic, you can also add dried chilies and peppercorns for fragrant cooking to create a spicy taste!
